Position Requirements
– Should be target oriented with 2-3 years’ experience in a Licensed Finance Company and / or Leasing Company
– Good language and communication skills in English and Sinhala / Tamil are required,since the job involves significant client interaction
– Should be able to aggressively market a product range which includes Leasing, Savings and Fixed Deposits in order to achieve the individual and company targets
– Knowledge in Credit Appraisals will be an added advantage for candidates applying for Leasing
– Should be an outgoing personality and ability to work long hours
– Preferably below 30 years
